Imagine taking a large leap forward and landing on a leaf with your left foot and your knee bent slightly, so your whole body twists to the right (sort of like your bringing your right foot around for a kick). Your right leg stays up, as it's still falling from the leap, and your left hand is falling from behind while your right hand keeps your balance.
The most awkward thing about this pose is the jacket, which heavily restricts the motion of your arms, making such a leap difficult and dangerous (particularly when holding a blade). The next would be the direction her head is facing, as you would have a hard time looking to your left while you twist to your right.
